Was left to wait for 20mins in an uncomfortable area (not a designated waiting area), removal was done with me sat on a bed and the gel wasn't completely removed.

Couldn't recommend more. Excellent luxury manicure, one of the best I've had. They were so friendly and professional - went for OPI Big Apple Red and a glittery polish for the ring finger. Lovely experience.
