Such a lovely lady! And really knows her stuff! The treatment chair for pedicure is not very comfortable- it's one of those waxing bed makeshift into a sitting position.
Beverage wasn't offered every time even though most of my treatments were 1hr +

Their "Chrome Nails" is not chrome nails (i.e. mirrored/high reflective effect where metallic power is buffed onto the nails before the top coat). It's just gel nails with glitter powder dabbed on top.
Before booking, I called and confirmed with the salon that it is the chrome nails I was wanting. However, when I got there, they saw that I already had chrome nails (I was getting a new set done) and they explained that although their glitter pot is labelled chrome, it is in fact not the case and that the description on treatwell was wrong. I was not offered a refund or a discount and since this was the only time I had before the holidays to get my nails done (I had also already paid for it online), I just went ahead.
Having said, the gel removal and application was done perfectly well. It just wasn't what I went in to get done.
The salon is really lovely and the staff were all very nice. My beautician was really friendly and my wax was very quick and not too painless (considering I had shaved previously). My only criticism is that the wax wasn't as thorough as I would have liked.
