The lady who did the wax was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout. I thought the wax for the most part was well done, however some unwanted hairs were left (which I only realised after). I didn't like the fact the wooden spoon she used had clearly been used on a lot of other people before me.

Amazing as always - Joleena does a fantastic job on nails, she is so lovely and friendly. Staff are always welcoming and I always leave happy!
