Treatment was great, the therapist was really really good, I'd go back to her again. The room was tidy but could be a bit cleaner. I was a bit surprised that the therapist used the same stick for the wax. I'm not keen on double dipping and for cleanliness purposes I think therapists should never double dip. Other than that everything was great.
Very friendly staff, very efficient. Also the results were amazing! Incredibly pleased
Quick and pain free, the wax itself was good. Minor feedback - I would have liked a towel to be given to me.
