I've always loved DIBI products, and the collagen facial I got was very nice.
The only thing I didn't like was that the therapist had sweaty hands, and was massaging my face with sweaty hands. I was very relaxed and would have preferred if the therapist left me alone to have a snooze while waiting for the mask to work into my skin, instead of chatting with me.
Very friendly. Professional. Excellent tint very dark just what I asked for. Didn't have the wax in the end as didn't really need it. Will go back.
Great location for city workers close to Bank. Venue was nice and clean, and the therapist was lovely.
The massage was really good value and need help my neck pain but the masseuse I had wasn't as firm as I'd have liked. I did ask numerous times but she couldn't physically be as firm as I prefer! Will be going back though and maybe asking for another staff member.
