Jelena was amazing. I have not had such a wonderful manicure for a while. The shape she gave me is outstanding and the cuticle care made my hands look like I have never done a household chore in my life.

Lovely manicure and application of Gel nails. Manicurist is very good and takes the time to do a fab job!
Had the Fisiosphere treatment, felt slightly strange but not unpleasant but love the results had a bum lift and the therapist showed me the difference before doing the other was really impressed and so was my boyfriend!
Unfortunately the pedicure girl didn't speak English and nobody bothered coming down to address the language gap. I visited over my lunch break to get a pedicure within 45 mins. Was left in a room with the door closed lieing on a bed with an electric pedicure spa for 10 mins - not sure why - as this just delayed the entire process. I explained I was in a rush and needed to leave within 45 mins. She cleaned my feet and started to paint my nails without any foot scrub or massage. Which I then requested and she said she wouldn't do it because I was in a rush - which made no sense - language gap. Then at the end there is no machine to dry your nails. So she asked me to wait 45 mins for them to fully dry which I said I couldn't so she got a hairdryer to dry my toenails. It was farcical. They don't have the equipment to do pedicures so it really shouldn't be on their menu.
