I booked for an express manicure (£20) and then at the beginning of the appointment told the beautician I wanted a gel nail treatment. At the end of the appointment I was charged more than double than what I had booked for (£44). I totally get a gel manicure would have been slightly more expensive than an express manicure, but I would have appreciated a heads up if it was going to be that much more expensive. I left the appointment feeling very frustrated.
