I visited as a birthday treat - this was stated in my booking! yet nothing was done to accommodate this by staff - not even offered a glass of water! My nail treatment was rushed,the result was mediocre! The sides of my nails were not done & They chipped off literally the next day. I felt scammed by the end of it! During the treatment I had to ask ash to go over the areas she had missed! Salon is ok for a basic experience but nothing special or luxury! Disappointing visit! Wouldn’t recommend!
