Disappointing service - hair left damaged
Came for a full head highlights appointment - was left alone with foils in for way too long while Anna was focused on other clients and trying to finish their appointment before coming back to me. This shouldn’t have compromised the quality of the service. Full head highlights are always slightly damaging for your hair but I have never experienced such damage to my hair after an appointment. Won’t be returning
