I go here fairly regularly for a wax but this one was quite a bit more painful and left a lot behind, lovely staff as ever but suggest consistent training for the team. Will however be back with my usual person.

Too easily chipped (shellac) on multiple nails, in less than one week. Had to remove. I will give them a second chance as the location is v convenient and they are nice and not too expensive.
