I visited Elm’s Leaf for a waxing treatment, which was fine. However, I’m disappointed by the lack of clear communication on services and pricing. I was asked during the session if I wanted to add a small area, and I agreed, assuming it was included. Only after the treatment was I told there was an additional £20 charge. This was not communicated beforehand, which feels misleading and reflects poorly on the customer experience.
