Hair looks nothing like what I requested. Did not understand the brief whatsoever and having to go to another hairsalon to pay another £100+ to get it fixed. Usually love this place, but this time they really F*ed up

Very happy with the end results! But had to wait about 40mins until the stylist was ready for me, and during my appointment the stylist got distracted easily by their phone and was kind of slow working.Very happy with the haircut and blowdry though!
