It was a really nice experience! I felt that I was heard and I liked the haircut even when the stylist wasn't feeling confident with what I asked he made a great effort! He was very kind, I would definitely go back!

A fab experience, nothing was rushed and though I went in with a reference picture, I felt my haircut was really tailored to my hair type and face. Loved the massage chairs and the fantastic massaging hair wash. I have curly hair and picked up some great drying tips too!
