I visited as a birthday treat - this was stated in my booking! yet nothing was done to accommodate this by staff - not even offered a glass of water! My nail treatment was rushed,the result was mediocre! The sides of my nails were not done & They chipped off literally the next day. I felt scammed by the end of it!
During the treatment I had to ask ash to go over the areas she had missed! Salon is ok for a basic experience but nothing special or luxury! Disappointing visit! Wouldn’t recommend!

Anna was so lovely and skillful. The salon is beautiful and they all seem very professional and knowledgeable. This was my first time in this salon, but I will go back.
