The place itself looks nice, friendly staff. But the line written on the wall is opposite to reality: "Our passion is to make your everyday routine into more meaningful moments". The manicure was hasty, every movement in a hurry. Not all the skin was cut, the cutting was rather rude, sometimes it hurt when the lady held my finger tight with her nail. All the time there were hairs somewhere. After scrubbing I was asked to wash my hands in the basin where another customer's head had been washed just before. The towel I was given was the one hanging on this basin, probably from the hairwash as well cause it was hairy. The polish was liquid, like water, dripping onto my fingers and on the table. It took 3 layers to look acceptable but still far from good. Even though it was OPI which I know to always be of good quality. The lady accidentally rubbed off some polish but didn't offer to remake the finger, she just added some polish to the rubbed off part. No one offered to help with my clothes to protect the nails.
