Ladies' Haircuts
Really not great. I sat with foils on my nails for 25 mins before I was seen. It took an hour and a half for shellac, the £35 charge doesn't include anything except removal and shellac application. No cutical work, no oils. You don't get the wheel to choose your colour, the bottles are 'on the wall' it is difficult to choose when you can't see the colour on. I left with patchy colour which the artist blamed on the colour (grey). Slow and the staff seem a bit confused. She said she didn't usually work there. It was all a bit odd.
The actual salon is ok, there are patches of plaster on the wall and outlines of where things used to be, all aesthetic but doesn't really warrant the price point. There are better in the Brentford area.

The lady who owns it is amazing - she was dedicated, and went over the boundary to help with the pedicure. There are 2 other ladies who do haircuts, who were not that good - they were constantly speaking in a foreign language between themselves, mocking and sneering at who I dont know. it was unprofessional.

Great haircut, great price- not many places offer wash and cut (no blow-dry). Make sure you have been clear with what haircut you want and double check if there are any questions.
