Fantastic service! I was running late but they made time for me and didn't make me feel like I was putting them out!

Nothing about this experience was good. Absolute nightmare.
They double booked, and then when I turned up at the new time they'd double booked AGAIN. I was made to feel like it was my fault and I was a total inconvenience. I was sent away for half an hour to wait with no explanation or apology.
The poor lady who did my pedicure was an ex-employee just helping out the boss as she was away. She was doing two pedicures simultaneously (hygienic?) with no help from any other staff who were sitting around eating rice cakes, one stopping only to bark at me "how you wanna pay?!" when I'd already paid, which made her skeptical.
Because of the booking error she was not able to finish the pedicure before closing time and had to stay late. The two other girls who had been speaking exclusively in Albanian to each other the entire time told her to close up and left the keys for her. When the lady said she didn't know how to close up they had a huge argument yelling right over the top of me as I sat there feeling incredibly uncomfortable. Had my feet not been soaking in a pot of water I would've walked out. In the end the two girls left and this poor woman was on her own. She spent a good 20 minutes on the phone to the boss going over the story again and again while I sat there alone unsure what to do and just wanting to leave.
Eventually she came back, told me the polish on my toes was dry and I was on my way. By the time I got home the polish had rubbed off because the poor woman had had to rush the job and not given the coats time to dry in between applying the next.
TOTAL waste of money and time, had to redo the polish myself at home and couldn't tell I'd even had a pedicure. What was meant to be a relaxing Sunday afternoon was an all round awful experience and, while I felt sorry for the woman, she doesn't work there so I have no qualms about warning people off of this place. It's a nightmare - unprofessional, unfriendly and a general shambles. I want my money back.

Unfortunately system was down, so was kept waiting for 45 minutes as stylist was double booked. Great blow-dry though and worth the wait

They do good job. May not be really friendly but they are not rude either. Nice place.
