My boyfriend had a very negative experience here. The appointment time and day was changed with much confusion due to a staff shortage. I was contacted on several occasions to clarify the booking. My boyfriend arrived and he was prepared for a massage even though he had booked a wax and we had confirmed this on the phone.
The treatment was of very poor quality and unnecessarily painful, the staff were rude and abrupt. We would not recommend.

Very neat hair cut and patient hairdresser. Would recommend calling in advance to check they have seen the appointment if you are booking on the day :)
