Receptionist and greeting wasn't great, she was on her phone most of the time watching videos. The therapist was lovely and quite good, would have liked more attention paid to the cleaning of the nails but happy with the end result!

Nice people but no briefing at all, even after I told them I’d never had this type of intimate waxing done before- so I was fairly in the dark (besides my own research on it) on what was happening. my wax was okay but not thorough and some patches were missed. Probably won’t be returning
