I have always had a good experience with Treatwell. I was very disappointed and embarrassed the whole experience was awful. The treatment of my stylist was rude and innoficient. She did not seem to know what she was doing and I spent my time in the chair being criticised for my hair and also in pain with her brushing technique. She also started to try to achieve a curl in my hair with a poor iron that I had to tell her to take out for fear of losing my hair. My hair was terrible and I could not wait to leave. My sister had a faster finish on her blow dry but still not great. Her stylist had a nicer approach and was friendly too. I'm sorry to have to write this but it was really a bad experience. Terrible waist of money
