The lady who waxes is very friendly and very good at waxing.
Hardly any pain and very quick.
Would highly recommend.
Male Back/Shoulder Wax: I arrived 10mins early for my appointment and was seen to almost straight away. Quarter way through my back wax another consultant walked in and decides to swap with the one waxing my back. The 2nd consultant left the door wide open so everyone could see me half naked getting my waxing done (not very comfortable). Another consultant comes in (3rd one) and starts discussing appointments with the consultant waxing my back The job was rushed and a few speckles of hair have been left. I rang the venue a week before and was told that they don't offer male waxing although services were listed on Wahanda and Eli's website. Only thing good about the experience was that it did not hurt at all. This venue has huge potential but the customer experience would have to be improved drastically.
