The staff here is very friendly (I personally like Rosie but everyone is a star here) and professional always giving their full attention and providing advise. The salon is always kept clean and this is extremely important for me. For such good quality services, ambience and to be located in Kew, their rates are very reasonable!!
Nice and clean salon and very friendly staff. The stylist did a good job with the blow dry, it took a bit of time but that was due to a faulty straightener device and not to the hairdresser's skills. Next time with less hairspray please, my hair felt like a rock - good for a dancing night out though..:)

I very much liked the haircut that the stylists choose which I think is top-notch quality and amazing value. I will very much enjoy my next visit to Eli's Hair And Beauty.
I had a wash and blow dry and awarded it 4 stars. Hair nicely done, good location as its 2 min walk from rail station and friendly staff. Will definitely go back.

Appointment was cancelled a few hours before and the voucher I had I wasn't able to re-use and book another appointment somewhere else. More of Wahanda's issue.
