I have used Eltham Hair Studio for a long time and always thought they were fantastic but yesterday's cut and blowdry was really disappointing. In the salon it looked ok but by the time I got home it had altered and I can not get it back into style like I normally can. I asked for layers so it would not go flat at the top but one side is completely flat and it is really untidy on the crown area. So diappointed after waiting so long to get it cut. And it cost me £10 more than usual!!
