The technician ended up filing and cutting my cuticles a little too aggressively and I got several small cuts. The file also felt kind of rough/dirty, and the wooden stick was used pretty roughly on my cuticles too. The place used to be good but I think quality worsens. A few times when I visited, I waited and saw customers had to wait while the technician was helping a colleague doing nails. Not sure if this is appropriate honestly to have paying customers wait because of that.
