Lovely atmosphere, staff are so attentive, friendly and sweet. The salon is brand new and so clean and the deco is beautiful. Treatment was perfect.

Areas were repetitively waxed due to poor finish from the initial wax, which left me feeling sore. The beautician didn’t seem very confident and her gloves kept sticking to my skin, which also added to the discomfort. Upon checking, it appears that a lot of hairs were broken, rather than waxed properly from the root, so overall I’m very disappointed with the result.
