I’ve had 3 lash lifts so far in London and this one was the worst in both results and customer service. My lashes have lifted well in the past but were not curled at all after this treatment - there was barely even a lift. I also found Kristina neutral at best and rude at worst. She didn’t introduce herself to me, barely said 10 words during the treatment, and kept sighing throughout. She didn’t talk to me about what size silicone pad she planned to use, what step of the treatment she was on, how long I’d be waiting after the solutions were applied, etc. She’s also not particularly gentle with the bed that you have to lie on. Considering your eyes are closed the whole time, there were more than a few times where she shocked me by suddenly jerking the bed. When the treatment was over, she didn’t give me a mirror to see the results, or ask me whether I was happy after I found a mirror myself. I walked out with essentially the same lashes as before, plus bits of glue stuck on my lids. The ladies at the reception desk were nice and asked me how it went, but by then I was so frustrated I just wanted to get out of there. Needless to say, I used my eyelash curler the next day and I definitely won’t be going back.

This is a beautiful salon, lovely atmosphere and really nicely decorated etc. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I had a half-leg wax, which was pretty good but not quite 5 stars. I would happily return though and will try other treatments in future!
