Melissa seemed to be having an off day. She really didn’t take any care over my nails and was very sloppy getting the polish everywhere. In the salon light, the bails didn’t look too bad but when I left and looked at them in the daylight, they were full of bubbles, the top coat didn’t cover the whole nail and the polish was all over my fingers and under the nail. I emailed the salon photos of the nails and asked for a refund but haven’t received a response yet.

The salon used to be great however they have had some therapists leave and now it is almost impossible to get an evening appointment - I am trying to book three weeks in advance for acrylic infills and unable to do so. They need more therapists. The one girl they do have is good and very thorough but really quite slow so make sure you have lots of time.
