I was contacted by test and trace less than 24hrs before my appointment at Elyse and was told to isolate. When I tried to postpone my appointment I was asked to provide proof - which I did - I was then told it wasn't possible to postpone because of their T&C. I was spoken to very rudely by Sabina, I was accused of being "insulting" and called "ludicrous". Its a shame, because on previous appointments Ioana did a great job with my nails! But this customer service means I won't be going back.
