The venue and staff were lovely and welcoming. The wax itself was timely and there were only a few stragglers left. however my skin was not always pulled taught during the wax, and I was not asked to pull it taught. This made for some unsuccessful and painful attempts at removing the hair. It also meant that the same area was waxed multiple times and now a few hours later, it is still hot and sore- which is not usually how it is after I get a Hollywood as I get them regularly. Therefore, for the price of this treatment I do not think it is good value. Overall I would not get another Hollywood wax here, however I know the do a good service for eyebrow threading / waxing.

Can't recommend this enough. I've been to many massage therapists in the past year and Katya was the best. Excellent service at my door step!
