Lovely salon! Clean and modern. Very welcoming on arrival, was given a glass of Prosecco. My only complaint would be the 20/30 minute delay to be seen after my appointment time - it was completely okay for me and I didn’t mind too much as I wasn’t in a rush, but this could be problematic for people with limited time. Otherwise great service by Lidia! She was lovely and very accommodating and my feet look and feel amazing, thank you :)

Lidia has a good eye for detail, she was very focused and now I have lovely, neat and bright gel nails! The appointment was on time and smooth, she finished with me within 30 minutes. I also liked that Elyse monitor their treatwell bookings so when they needed to make a time adjustment they called me as soon as I booked. The same can't be said for certain other nail salons...

Jackie is the best beauty therapist I’ve had so far in London, I’ve been waxing for several years now but this was the most painless and comfortable experience I’ve had so far. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back again !
