Mani was ok - only criticism is that they went to town on my cuticles and I ended up bleeding! Bit sore afterwards and having to apply antiseptic cream to them now :(

Lulia was absolutely lovely throughout the facial and the massage she gave at the end was incredibly relaxing. The only criticism I have she didn't bring the products down to my neck or chest which is something I expect during a facial, especially because that's how it's shown on the official Fire and Ice facial video by iS Clinical. But my skin looks really good, I'll probably book again.
