Julia worked perfectly between myself and my mother today on our different treatments. She made my mum feel very special during her LVL lash lift and the results were amazing. I explained to Julia that I was nervous about pain during a pedicure due to an injury and surgery in my ankle. She was patient and gentle and eased my anxiety. She also listened to everything we had to say. Asking my opinion during my eyebrow wax and ensuring I was happy with the thickness.
