It was a really relaxing massage! I had quite a bit of tightness in my lower body due to pregnancy and the massage helped to relief it quite a bit. Elize is really experienced and very professional. She even gave some helpful suggestions on what I can do to stretch out my muscles. Will definitely go back again if I needed another massage!

Elize made me feel totally at ease and cared for during my pregnancy massage and clearly knew what she was doing. She made all the right adjustments for my needs and really took time to explain the treatment and ask me any relevant questions. The venue is a little hidden away (up steep flights of stairs!) and we were interrupted a bit by people talking loudly in the room next door but these things didn’t really matter given the quality of the treatment. Will definitely book again before the end of my pregnancy.
