I went in for a fringe cut with Charlotte and she listened to what I wanted and gave it too me, she took her time to make sure the cut was good. Definitely will go again
I asked for a blunt cut with about an inch and a half off my length. The hair was then styled as curly as I was told that would best show off the blunt-ness of the cut.
When I had washed and straightened my hair a few days later I have noticed that my hair is completely uneven and half of my hair hasn’t even been cut. Only the bottom few layers of my hair have been cut (unevenly) and the top few layers look like they’ve hardly been touched. My My fringe area has barely been touched and is still full of dead/split ends.
I have had to book in at another salon for the cut to be corrected and due to the way it’s been cut at Elysium, I’ve had to have another inch and a half taken off to even out the lengths.
Really unhappy and unimpressed, as what was supposed to be a small, nice treat to myself has ended up costing twice as much.
My daughter and I had a cut and blow wonderful help from all in the salon! Xx
