I’m sad to say I was really disappointed with my BIAB nails at this salon. The staff seemed annoyed I was there from the minute I walked in even though I had an appt. My tech kept checking the time. He made my nails too short and not close enough to the nail bed so they grew out very fast. He also did cut the skin around my cuticle. Unfortunately, I will not be going back and shame because it’s my closest salon.
