My 3rd visit here now and staff are always so friendly. I was feeling quite sad on my visit due to a recent bereavement so wasn't super chatty, I felt like staff handled it well were supportive and the right level of convo to not make me feel awkward but not too much I felt overwhelmed. They also do loyalty cards now which is a nice touch. And they kindly backdated it to give me a stamp for my previous visit also.
