Diabolical. On arrival the man who greeted me was so rude and demeaning, and then they had almost no neutral polish colours or standard dark red, and the polishes looked old and crusty. They had accepted payment for a manicure and pedicure they were not equipped to provide. When I asked to cancel before any treatment began, they refused to refund me and continued to speak to me so rudely that I left in tears. I've now paid for a service I never received.
