The nail work here is very good, but one staff member’s behaviour is unacceptable. I have been spoken to in a way that felt rude and, at times, bullying, and I have seen similar behaviour towards other customers. It’s clear this is not an isolated issue. This creates an uncomfortable environment. I will not be returning unless this is addressed.
