Whilst the results are always good the appointments can be an uncomfortable experience. First I was waiting for nearly 20 minutes without anyone explaining why. When I was taken for my nails it was just started without any check of what I was having, I had to actually stop the therapist to explain I had paid for a manicure as well as removal and reapplication. You often feel like an inconvenience as a customer. The nails are great and last well but the experience isn’t pleasant.
