Returned to Elysium after a great first experience but was disappointed. The staff member that cut and filed my nails seemed inexperienced, heavy handed and didn't cut them evenly. The paint was applied by a colleague who was much more efficient, so if I return I'll definitely be more discerning about who I book an appointment with!

The worst waxing experience I have had. The wax was far too hot it burnt me quite badly, I have been left with patches of hair all over the place but I was too uncomfortable to say anything. The pillow on the bed was dirty and I had to ask if I could remove it. She couldnt do the leg wax because she said my hair needed to be at least 1cm long. They do not specify that a hot wax is £10 more when you book. They left me covered in little bits of wax to top off the experience. Despite all of this I will say that the staff are friendly and polite.
