It wasn’t Neo who did my nails, but the young lady who did, did a great job. As close to the nail bed and to the sides as I asked and the gel doesn’t look too thick. Impressive.

Normally a 5 star treatment! But this time it was by someone else and the treatment was very rushed and not as much care was taken.
Please be clear on your booking system if staff change. And if a treatment should take an hour, it shouldn’t be finished in 30 mins. It has also now smudged as the varnish was put on with one thick coat.
