Where do i start. After verifying my appointment via phone 15 minutes b4 which caused complete confusion as they were totally confused. They advised me that no confirmation of appointment was there and they would call the sister branch where manager was working and get back to me. Surprise surprise no call back.
I arrived at salon 5 minutes early as didn't want to miss appointment due to the wahanda deal.
After a long & confusing conversation they then sent me to the sister branch which i was not happy about 4 minutes away….when i got here hot, bothered and worried, the manager reassured me i would not be charged twice but she would honour the deal. The lady that did my waxing was extremely quick and efficient and i was in & out within 10mins….wow
Shame i had to go around the houses….However i did ring wahanda and they have reimbursed me original money paid…..
Will not be returning to this salon.
I booked via Wahanda on the same morning as appointment. The staff were completely unaware of the booking when I arrived and I was fitted in 'around' other customers. A simple colour (my own box provided), wash and blow dry took nearly 3 hours! I sat freezing cold with wet hair whilst the assistant cut another client's hair (she asked me if I mind, saying if she could do that one first then she would do mine nicely!) So really I had no choice! Not keen on layout of salon, whilst sitting having my hair done, there are chairs with customers facing side profile and felt somewhat 'exposed'. Not really the experience I was looking for particularly as I did not have ALL morning to spare with a lot to do at home!
