It’s a shame as not had a facial in ages and was looking forward to it. First the noise factor banging from upstairs which the staff asked to stop, but then the steamer wasn’t working and I had to point that out and staff had to do the steam again.

I had a lovely spa pedicure gone by a lovely lady who's name I did not take. At short notice I booked a hair appointment, hair colour and cut. My hairdresser Anu was professional, she gave me a gorgeous hair cut and style that suits my face. 👌
