Wash and cut was fine, then started adding additional treatments that i did not pay for or ask for.
Would have been nice if she had asked me prior to starting, rather than assume.
Another staff member stepped in and i said its not what i wanted, but Rahil said that it would look better with the cut i chose. Fair enough, but ask before. No apologies. No great interaction either. Was just okay, nothing great. Otherwise clean shop, other staff seemed friendly. Not sure if i would return again.

Staff not very welcoming, didn’t throughout my appt. Haircut itself was fine. At the end tried to charge me extra for the length of my hair although confirming at the beginning it was right and were overall very rude (except the junior)

Very clean salon, hairdresser is extremely pleasant,considerate, great colourist and excellent customer service, it was too far to get there but will definitely return

Farida and Devanshi were absolutely amazing. I went in with red hair and come out with a beautiful shade of blonde thanks to Farida and her lovely advice and work. Devanshi was very hospitable and welcoming and looked after me whilst i was in the salon. I will be returning soon!
