I asked if I should take my top off, (had also booked a back scrub, wasn't sure what order the treatments would be) Told 'yes'. Someone else walked into the room while I was topless waiting for the next step! Was then informed wax first. Ok, top back on & bottoms off. Initially she refused to remove all visible hair beyond bikini line, said only the actual strip next to bikini line would be done. Took some convincing to remove visible hair!

I had to leave as I was too cold to proceed, lying on a cold table and non heated massage table in a cold room . The whole place was cold and I could not face half an hour in the ice box. I paid for my bikini wax and left..staff just apologised but that's not really good enough. We pay for, and attend, a spa to relax, to feel better about ourselves. I had booked in advance and didn't appreciate explaining over and over what treatment I had come for. Last time was brilliant, not today
