Need to be more specific when advertising offers and how long the treatments last. Aldo choice of massage not offered or deep tissue. Would like to see more qualifications on show and again not sound surprised when you say you’ve made a booking!!

Been here 2x before with no complaints. However, this time I had a negative experience. I paid for a 1 hour and 30min mani/pedi service, yet I was asked to have my hands & feet done at the same time to “speed things up”. Lady doing my mani damaged my nail plate & caught my skin on the drill multiple times. Lady doing my pedi rolled her eyes for no apparent reason - overall a hostile environment. I appreciate they were (eventually) apologetic & offered a discount but I won’t be coming back.
