My appointment was with Rahill, and was given a random person. That lady didn't even know how to blow dry, l left as she just didn't know what she was doing. The towels that was used for around my neck was smelly, really bad odour. It's a shame I will not go here again. I was really disappointed and frustrated to be leaving without my hair being sorted. The management didn't even bother calling me or to find out why I left without finishing my treatment.

Rahil root coloured my hair and I must say she was very professional. Paid attention to all grays. Explained why I can't lighten hair quickly. She was very smiley and made me feel relaxed happy and satisfied. Would definitely want her to do my hair again.
