Neene helped me this week with a Myofascial Pain Syndrome flare up, she loosened tight muscles as well as relieving cramping and spasms. Having been discouraged in the past I was reluctant to find a treatment that brought relief but with Neene using hot stones together with firm but soothing massage techniques definitely helped reduce the muscle tension and pain, providing me with some much needed relaxation as well as helping my body heal itself. Her aftercare advice was second to none, I came away feeling human again.
