I had a full body massage and a tailor made facial, both of which were excellent. The environment was incredibly relaxing and calming, and Neene was so welcoming and attentive.
The facial was beautiful, incorporating both cool and warm products, which made the experience feel especially soothing. The massage was exactly the firmness I needed, and I really appreciated that Neene asked beforehand how firm I wanted it. Overall, a wonderful experience, thank you. I would highly recommend Neene x
