Was OK. not something that I would do weekly. it's a very light massage, like an paint brush running up & down your body. if a really light massage is what this will be ideal for you. Swedish is more for me need a bit more pressure.

The centre is located inside Mainyard Studios just a short 3-minute walk from Hackney Wick station (Overground).

Less than 5 minutes from Hackney Wick Overground station or on Bus Routes 276 and 339.

There is paid street parking on Wallis Road and Berkshire Road, a 5-10 minute walk from the studio (subject to availability).
