I loved my classic facial - the treatment itself was super relaxing, my therapist was extremely knowledgable about inflamed skin conditions and I was made to feel really welcome and comfortable. I asked to be told which products they were applying and for what reasons, which they did whilst also giving me time to relax. I'd go back again.
