I regret spending £99 on this treatment. As a regular for massages and facials, this was my worst experience. The therapist was somewhat rude. She pressed so hard during the massage that it was painful and couldn't wait for it to be over. The facial felt rushed like she did it because she had to. No explanation or care whatsoever. Instead of relaxing, I left frustrated and in a terrible mood. Not recommended.
