Deep cleansing facial with Barbara. I didn't have any serious problems but felt that my skin lost glow, at some points was uneven and was really dry (skin was peeling of my nose). Procedure was very relaxing, with music and dim lights. Barbara was super nice (even though i was late) and explained all the steps and products she is going to use in detail. Afterwards I didn't have any red dots/pimple marks which was wonderful as they usually resurface on my face after facials. Skin was smooth, glowing and I felt calm. It's been three days, and while my face looks brighter, the skin is still dry (although not as dry as it was before and no nose peeling) and there are still uneven points. It was a lovely experience, I just think my skin on its own was too dry and I should have chosen Bespoke or Resurfacing facial instead. Will definitely try them next time!

My therapist was really nice, her pressure was perfect, I was expecting the room to be more ambient, but the treatment made up for that, as I totally fell asleep, the staff are very nice and friendly and the facilities are very clean.
