When I arrived two of them came into the room with me and didn’t explain why, one sorted the wax strips and the other did the waxing. I’m overweight - I’ve been waxed for years - I know how to hold my stomach to make all areas accessible. At no point did they need two pairs of hands on me. They sped through my appointment, doing a full wax in less than 15 mins - it was agony. They then charged me £7 more because they claimed they needed 2 people to wax me and it was a ‘bigger area’ to wax.
