Brows are uneven and not the shape i asked for and showed pictures of. Had to pluck loads of stray hairs despite them being waxed. Tint was too dark despite me telling them ot to go dark as I'm blonde. Tint not fully removed and large spots left

The venue was great, the staff are great at what they do and create a fun, friendly atmosphere. I've had treatments from several different staff members and each one has been great! Will always come back here
