On my appt, I’ve asked the person assisting me to tidy up the shape of my eyebrows, but they completely destroyed them! They went from being thick and naturally shaped to extremely thin and asymmetrical. I never asked for this drastic change, and the staff should have checked with me before completely altering the shape of my eyebrows, which I’ve spent years growing out. Staff should make sure first what each customer wants and new staff should be trained before assisting customers.
